Belfast Olympics
This project was about creating a hypothetical logo and pictogram set for the olympics in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The logo reflects the city by focusing on the regions notarity for shipbuilding and connection with the ocean.
The typeface was chosen for its sturdy nature, like an anchor or a port.
The logo features only one color, a vibrant orange, similar to the Irish flag and complementary to the summer sun. The colors features in the pictograms are inspired by the surrounding sea, nature and the sun rising and setting.
